Our Refund Policy

If you need a refund:

  • We have a minimum non-refundable deposit of $65 (until 31st December) and $150 (from 1st January) to cover administration costs associated with each booking. This non-refundable administration fee is payable for all cancellations requested up to 10 days before the event.
  • To cover the non-recoverable commitments the Committee make on your behalf i.e. catering, from 10 days before the gathering onwards, the non-refundable fee is increased to $220 to cover these contracts.
  • A minimum payment of $65 (until 31st December) and $150 (from 1st January) by any Early Bird cut off date will secure you that price.
  • If you cancel from 4pm on the day the gathering commences onwards, no refund can be given.
  • Exceptions to this are if we have reached our maximum registration number of 120 people, have a wait-list, and can fill your place. In this case we can offer you a refund of money paid, minus the non-refundable administration fee. We can also consider this option in cases of sickness or very serious life circumstances.
  • Your ‘ticket’ is transferable to another person by your own arrangement.
  • You may choose to transfer your ‘ticket’ to the next Gathering minus the non-refundable administration fee.
