Qigong is an ancient mindful technique of gentle movement and breathing – like Fengshui for the body. Terri will love to guide you in an energy moving mandala-form using simple arm and feet movements to the 4 directions. She will also incorporate some Heart Calming techniques to gently assist with any deep processes that you may undergo whilst on retreat and a guided visualisation to end each session.
