I am Claudine von Niederhausern and I have been involved with women rites of passage and transformational work for women over more than 10 years. In my work I am passionate about working with the body, exploring feelings and sensations and letting the innate natural wisdom of the Body do its magic.
When I experienced Tigress Yoga in 2009 for the first time it touched me deeply. While I was working with women in retreats and I was witnessing their deep transformational shifts I have also seen that some women were quite overwhelmed when coming back into their daily life. I have become more and more interested in sustainable, supportive practices with transformational potential that can be integrated into daily life and in Tigress Yoga I found just that and much more.
The most important aspect this practice is teaching me daily is to bring the love back to myself, to deeply respect and honor myself, all of me. This in itself has initiated so much change in my life. I have been letting go of much unhealthy attachment and ways of relating and have come into place of much freedom and sovereignty. I appreciate this practice as a daily anchor into the direct connection to my guidance and deep appreciation to what is.
When I first arrived from Switzerland to Australia I studied Zen Shiatsu, Macrobiotics, Ki Yoga and improvisation based Dance in Sydney. I taught Shiatsu and had my own private practice inSydney over 10 years before moving to the shire in 2008. I was blessed to give birth to my son one year later and I have been immersed in motherhood ever since.
Journeying with Tigress Yoga is what brings me back into my passion to be working with women supporting them into their very own connection to their depth, beauty and guidance.
